Goodbye from MrTodd Barbasz... A new dawn for the SL Marathon

SL Marathon founder and current director has decided to stand down with immediate effect.  MrTodd is proud of the many successful race meetings the series has had since its conception over 2 years ago - he is also proud that the series has been reborn following a prolonged break.  The SL Marathon has gone from strength the strength as race reviews and videos on this prove.

Despite MrTodd's departure he is keen to see the SL Marathon continue.

That said, the new co-directors of the SL Marathon will be kelis Loopen and Hagbard Hyx.  Please contact either for future race dates.

IT'S BACK

That's right the SL Marathon is back in action after an astonishing 1 and a half year absence. Now running exclusively with Racers Island the SL Marathon will aim to become bigger and better than ever before.

To start off this new process we'll be having a comeback race on Sunday September 4th at 2pm SLT.

We're also piloting a new rule at this race to give everyone a fair chance at winning and ensuring that everyone contributes. There will be a 50 Linden entry fee per race which will go into the winnings pot to be distributed to the top 6 finishers.
